A stray dog from Batumi, affectionately named Kupata, captured the hearts of the entire nation after a viral video showcased his heroic actions. In the footage, Kupata was seen guiding children across a zebra crossing, bravely barking at distracted drivers to ensure their safety. His noble instincts quickly made him a beloved figure in Georgia.

Sadly, Kupata's health began to decline, and despite the efforts to care for him, he passed away. To honor his memory, the staff at the Department of Tourism and Resorts of Adjara took the thoughtful step of purchasing a coffin for him, paying tribute to the dog who had become a symbol of kindness and courage.

As a final homage, local artists created a massive stencil of Kupata, capturing his spirit and legacy in a lasting piece of art. This visual tribute serves as a testament to the profound connection the people of Georgia shared with their furry friend, reminding everyone of the power of small acts of heroism and love.
